At Hopeland Properties we ALWAYS go through a third-party title company or closing attorney.

They will guide us on what documents we need to sign (usually sent out by mail with a pre-paid return label) and then once all the paperwork is returned and finalized, they will ask you whether you want funds sent as a wire transfer or mailed as cashier’s check.

Based on your instructions, they will send you the money accordingly!
